The Patrida Margarita
1.5 oz Partida Blanco Tequila (Blanco, Reposado or A�ejo can be used)
1 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice (about one large lime)
0.75 oz Agave Nectar (100% organic), adjust to taste
0.75 oz Water

Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker.
Strain over fresh ice into a Margarita glass or Old-Fashioned glass.
Taste for Balance. No garnish, no salt.
