Artesanal and semi-artesanal hand blown glass, specializing in the manufacture of tequila bottles located in Tonala, Jalisco.
Above: A tequila bottle is removed from the second mold and inspected before being placed in an oven to cure.
The crafstman on the right places molten glass into the first mold.
A crafstman uses sheers to cut away excess molten glass being placed in the first mold.
Finished tequila bottles are placed in ovens to properly cure.
A worker places the molded blown glass bottle into an oven to cure.
Finished blown glass tequila bottles are placed in gas fired ovens to properly cure.
Molten glass taken from the first mold is shaped to better fit into the second mold.
The semi-artesanal bottle is placed on a scale to confirm the quality of the product.
